The bad thing about these cyberbullies is that we do not know who they are because they misuse the internet by bullying others, the most common of which is by saying disparaging or threatening remarks. Parents are usually the last persons to know that their child is being cyberbullied, because kids often hide this fact from their parents, either because they are ashamed, afraid, or think they can deal with it by letting it pass as it will simply go away. The problem is, what if it doesn’t? Like ordinary bullies, cyberbullies exist because no action is taken against them. For kids, it is best to report the matter to their parents so that they can deal with it. On the part of the parents, take an active interest on what the children are into so we can monitor their activities on the internet. When we catch these cyberbullies, it is only then will they stop doing so

Since children today opt to play with their gadgets rather than engage in active physical play, they have a tendency of gaining unwanted pounds because though their food consumption remains the same, it is never shed off since they do not do much physical activity. Hence, the best thing to prevent childhood obesity is to simply prevent our children from eating too much junk food and at the same time encourage them to go out and play rather than holing themselves up in their rooms where only their fingers get the much-needed exercise.

Children’s tendency of acquiring diseases is quite feasible especially if they are not totally fit or malnourished. There are more than hundreds of major diseases which continuously affecting children’s from all over the world.

For instance diarrhea has been proven to affect growth and physical fitness, and not only that, it has also been concluded that it affects the mental abilities of children. This is really something that parents should keep an eye with.

A number of Scientist from the University of Virginia observed hundreds of children from Brazilian Shanty and they found out that infant who were frequently troubled by diarrhea exhibited diminutive mental development at the age of 10.

Health practitioners and health researchers stated that the bodies of children who were ill do not have the capability to take in certain vital nutrients.

Be it in a swimming pool or in the sea or in a lake, swimming is a very healthy activity for the body. Swimming can be done by anyone at any age. It is a very good exercise as well. It helps in developing a strengthening your heart. Swimming can be practiced by anyone, irrespective of their weight.

Other physical exercises such as running, jogging, treadmills are at times not advised for people who are obese, as they tend to force a lot of weight on the knees. Swimming on the other hand is one common exercise that doctors prescribe to anyone who wants to reduce their weight and be fit. There are swimming pools that have the water temperature controlled. Thus enabling one to practice swimming at any part of the day at any time of the year irrespective of the weather.

The two main organs that benefit from swimming are heart and lungs. Swimming can also be used as a warm up session before strenuous exercise or games. By doing so, the heart is brought to beat at a higher rate thus preparing you for better physical activity.

The bloated rate of childhood obesity, The Times suggests, is probably not entirely a coincidence.

Particularly on television, advertisements for fatty or high-sugar filled foods catering to children are ineffectively regulated.

Yes, food companies are required to meet certain standards when marketing to children under 12. But no, these are not government standards — they’re actually the company’s own standards.

So, Kellogg’s gets to choose how healthy Kellogg’s has to be, and the same goes for General Mills, Post, and all the rest of them.

This legislation might be lacking, but it does keep certain products from being marketed. Kellogg’s does not advertise for Cocoa Krispies, for example, because the cereal features 14 grams of sugar per serving — exceeding the company’s own limit of 12 grams.
